Use the self-care calendar prompts to motivate yourself to engage in self-care activities each day of January. There is no right or wrong way to do it. Simply read the word associated with the day, take a moment to consider what that word means to you, then find a way to engage in that concept. You may surprise yourself with how creative you can be. These are concepts not specific instructions, which gives you flexibility to engage in the concept in a way that is meaningful and achievable for you.
